What is our returns policy?
7 days to return/exchange your purchases
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase , you may request a return and ask for a refund or exchange within 7 days after the receiving the item. All returns are subject to evaluation for wear and tear and we will do our best to honor a reasonable return or exchange.
To qualify for a return -
The items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered
Returns do not qualify for free shipping so may need to return it at your expense, unless items is received with a damage.
All items sold under discount or purchased under any promotional offer (free shipping or dollar value discount) do not qualify for returns but may qualify for exchange.
Shipping charges for returns/exchanges will need to paid by the purchaser.
Important - Items purchased under free shipping / labelled with discount / Holiday Sales do not qualify for returns however can be exchanged at buyers expense to return and ship the exchanged item. No exchange or returns on surprise free item shipped to you
Please write to email@example.com with subject "Return/Exchange - (Invoice number)" informing us about the shipped return for faster turnaround.
For exchanges we will provide you a coupon of equivalent amount to redeem your purchase.
Returns once approved by us will be issued refund to the same account you made the purchase from unless requested specially.
